Your Feed Settings Are Stuck on “Top Stories” (This One’s Sneaky)
So here’s the thing – Facebook defaults your feed to show “Top Stories” instead of recent posts. Which sounds fine until you realize their algorithm thinks a post from two days ago with 50 likes is more “top” than your best friend’s update from an hour ago.
Makes no sense but whatever…
Go to the top of your News Feed and look for that dropdown or three-dot menu. You’ll see options for Top Stories and Most Recent. Switch it to Most Recent. Boom, chronological order like it should’ve been all along.
